·         Cost will be a nominal $5/ individual to cover the cost of balls. Money will be collected by captains when you play your first match.

(no cost if you wish to register as a spare)

·         Registrations will close once we have reached the maximum number of players we can accommodate or Aug 31

·         Each team will have a captain who will coordinate which members of his team plays at what time.  Each team will be balanced with every level type of player from level 3.0 to 4.5

·         The captain will be limited by rated player skill level for picking partners from his 8 players and spares.

·         The 6 captains will designate registered player’s level number prior to a random draw to select the members of each team.

·         YOU MUST be available to play at least 3 nights of the tournament.

·         No partner is required.

Be the first in the country to try the hottest new sport. 

Beach Tennis hits Kits Beach August 20-22, 2010 at KitsFest! Entries are still open and will close Tuesday, August 17th at 5pm. Molson Canadian is hosting the licensed area open to all adult competitors, and Virgin Radio DJ’s will be hosting the music scene all day. Beach tennis is all the rave throughout Europe and most recently in the United States with both recreational and competitive prize money tours. Beach tennis merges the worlds of tennis and beach volleyball into one exciting new sport. It's simple to play and appeals to athletes and non-athletes of all ages.

This year's event will have four playing categories:

·         Men’s doubles

·         Women’s doubles

·         Mixed Doubles

·         Junior Doubles (15-19) 

All equipment is provided. Entry includes official event t-shirt and a minimum of 3 matches.
